Custom Sign Design

I worked with the owners to design and build a giant 3D steel version of their iconic C-Star logo to be mounted high up on a chimney marking the location of their new building here in Baltimore. I handled the entire process from start to finish. I began with 3D design renders, material samples and mock-ups to nail down the details. I executed all of the steel fabrication, and developed the tall structural steel support system.

I executed the design with hot-rolled steel sheets and a combination of CNC’d, and hand-formed elements TIG welded together.
